The applicant has submitted the following proposal: Sand Extraction from 30.16ha of the 46.39ha site Setbacks minimum 20m Total sand volume to be extracted – 940,000 tonnes in 15 stages Proposed Approval timeframe – 10 years Haulage route – Hair Place, Ken Bell Road, Ducane Road, Jilley Road and Lillydale Road utilising 19m trucks Proposed 50 daily truck movements (in and out)
