Help Shape the Dalyellup Youth Hub Programs!

The new Dalyellup Youth Hub, opening mid-2026, will be an exciting space designed for young people aged 10 to 17, a place to create, connect, learn, unwind, and belong.

To make sure the Hub truly reflects what young people want and need, we’re asking for your input on the programs we’re planning.

This survey is quick, anonymous, and open to both young people and parents/guardians.

Your voice will directly shape the Dalyellup Youth Hub’s program lineup for 2026 and beyond.

Thank you for helping us create a space designed with young people, for young people!
