Works commencing - Monday 13 July 2026

The Shire wishes to advise residents that works will be commencing on Jules Road North MONDAY 13 July 2026, weather permitting.

Works will commence next week between the Holcim entrance and Frances road with the installation of a blister island and rerouting of the footpath to accommodate. These works will include a road and footpath closure with detours in place, as well as traffic control.

The second stage is the installation of new footpath to connect the two existing footpaths on Jules Road North. There will also be road closure, detours and traffic management in place for this second stage, with local traffic access permitted for residents within the area affected by the closure.

The entire projected timeframe for works is currently six weeks, however this is to allow rain affected days. In the event of favourable weather conditions, works are expected to be completed sooner.
